"User" means

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be permanently closed.
Information Provided at Registration
All information provided by the user at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. The name, mobile number, email address, and payment account details must belong to the user — third-party information may not be used.

Unauthorized Access

Account Transfer Prohibited
l222 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, transferring, or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into l222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The deposit account must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
Verification Process
l222 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. This verification process may require submission of a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
Currency and Conversion
All transactions on the l222 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳200 must be made for the first time after registration.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (25 times the total of the deposit and bonus amount). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
Bonus Applicability
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings from free spins or free bets provided by l222.
- Using multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
- l222 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Program
l222's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). Promotions are awarded based on activity. The benefits of each tier are described in detail on the relevant VIP page.
Betting and Casino Rules
Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
Odds Changes
Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was finalised. Subsequent odds changes will not affect bets already placed.
Technical Errors
If incorrect odds are displayed or an abnormal situation arises due to a system error or technical issue, l222 reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
Casino Game Rules
Each casino game has its own rules and regulations as described in the game interface. The game provider's rules will be considered final. l222 is not responsible for technical errors on the part of any game provider.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l222 platform:
- Cheating and Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or operation of automated software or scripts.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering or transferring illegal funds.
- Bonus Abuse: Following specific betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonus offers.
- Account Sharing: An account being operated by more than one person.
- Match Fixing: Participating in or assisting with match fixing or any form of illegal activity.
- Hacking: Hacking the system, attempting unauthorized access, or distributing malware.
- Other Legal Violations: Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
l222 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. l222 is not obligated to provide any compensation for such disruptions.
Third-Party Services
The l222 platform integrates third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and payment services. l222 is not liable for the quality or errors of these third-party services.
Maximum Liability
In any circumstance, l222's total liability will be limited to the original amount of the relevant transaction. l222 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Force Majeure
